Sports Flooring Coating, Synthetic Resins

Sports flooring coating, with a slip resistance of 80 to 110 on dry surface and 55 to 110 on wet surface, according to UNE-EN 13036-4, with slip resistance Rd>45 according to UNE-EN 16165 and skid resistance class 3 according to CTE, with a total approximate thickness of 2 to 3 mm, applied on asphalt aggregate support surface, suitable for tennis court, for amateur tennis practice, by successive application of: a regularization and conditioning layer of the surface, of mortar, gray color, based on synthetic resins and selected mineral loads (2 kg/m²); a mortar layer, black color, based on acrylic resins (0.3 kg/m²), siliceous inert aggregate, washed, with a granulometry of 0.2 to 0.4 mm (0.5 kg/m²) and water (0.2 l/m²); three layers of mortar, based on acrylic resins, calibrated mineral loads and pigments (0.4 kg/m² each layer), leaving the previous layer completely dry before applying the next layer and a water-based paint layer, blue color, based on acrylic resins, micronized loads and pigments (0.3 kg/m²).
