REPAIR OF CONCRETE ARMED SLAB FRONT, WITH MORTAR

Repair of concrete armed slab front, 30 cm cant, by hammering the deteriorated concrete with electric hammer, removing the bad state concrete until reaching the armatures; cleaning the armatures that have been exposed with dry projection of abrasive particles (aluminum silicate), removing the superficial dirt, rust and any substance that may reduce the adhesion between the armatures and the repair material to be applied, until reaching a Sa 2 ½ degree of preparation according to UNE-EN ISO 8501-1; manual application of one-component mortar based on cement, corrosion inhibitors and powder polymers, for the protection and passivation of steel armatures, and as a bridge between the repair mortar and the existing concrete, ensuring the adhesion between both, with a 1.5 kg/m² average consumption; restitution of the affected part by manual application of high mechanical resistance and compensated shrinkage mortar, with a 28-day compressive strength equal to or greater than 78.5 N/mm² and a modulus of elasticity equal to or greater than 20000 N/mm², R4 class, CC type, according to UNE-EN 1504-3, Euroclass A1 of fire reaction, according to UNE-EN 13501-1, in a 40 mm average thickness, fluid consistency.
