SLOPE FORMATION: by limatesa, limahoyas, and joints with double hollow ceramic brick master and expanded clay layer, poured dry and consolidated on its surface with cement mortar, providing a compressive strength of 1 MPa and a thermal conductivity of 0.087 W/(mK), with a medium thickness of 10 cm; with a regularization layer of industrial cement mortar, M-5, 4 cm thick, rough finish; WATERPROOFING: type bicapa, adhered, composed of a modified asphalt sheet with SBS elastomer, LBM(SBS)-30-FV, with a non-protected fiber glass felt armature of 60 g/m², and a modified asphalt sheet with SBS elastomer, LBM(SBS)-50/G-FP, with a polyester reinforced and stabilized felt armature of 150 g/m², with a mineral protective coating of green color, with root penetration resistance, fully adhered with a blowtorch, without coinciding their joints; flexible root barrier membrane of polyolefins, WSB 100-PO "ZINCO", white and gray color, to prevent root penetration in the waterproof membrane; PROTECTIVE AND RETAINING UNDERLAYER: ISM 50 "ZINCO" protective and retaining blanket, formed by polyester and polypropylene geotextile, 6 mm thick, with a water retention of 4 l/m², a CBR puncture resistance of 3.5 kN, and a surface mass of 850 g/m²; WATER DRAINING AND RETAINING LAYER: Floradrain FD 60 Neo "ZINCO" module, formed by recycled polyolefin plate with perforations on the upper part; FILTER LAYER: TG system filter "ZINCO", formed by a polypropylene fiber geotextile; PROTECTIVE LAYER: Zincoterra Garden "ZINCO" substrate, composed of selected ceramic fragments and other mineral components mixed with compost and red peat, 270 mm thick. Including gravel for filling the space between the roof edge and vegetation.
