Roofing flat non-transitable, ventilated, self-protected, conventional type with vertical cladding; by placing a steel galvanized sheet profile, 0.8 mm thick, 300 mm development, and 2 folds, for finishing and protection of the waterproofing formed by: 50 cm wide reinforcement band, made from SBS-modified bitumen, LBM(SBS)-40-FP, with non-woven polyester felt reinforcement of 160 g/m², non-protected surface, fully adhered to the support with a blowtorch, previous priming with anionic asphalt emulsion with EB-type charges. Finishing with a 50 cm development termination band with SBS-modified bitumen, LBM(SBS)-50/G-FP, with reinforced and stabilized polyester felt, with mineral self-protection in gray, formation of peripheral ventilation of the chamber with hollow ceramic brick, and placement of 11x24 cm ceramic downspout, fixed to the cladding, as finishing of the peripheral ventilation of the chamber. Including sealant cord applied between the metal profile and the cladding.
