Our mission
Construction estimating still runs on stale price lists and copy-pasted spreadsheets. We are building the cost layer the industry can trust: prices sourced from real suppliers and public procurement data, kept current, and traceable back to where each number came from.
How it works
A living price catalog
Material, labor, and equipment prices are ingested continuously from supplier portals and public BC3/FIEBDC-3 datasets, normalized, and de-duplicated across regions — not invented by a model.
An AI estimator grounded in that catalog
Describe a project in plain language and the agent assembles a structured estimate, pricing each line against the catalog. Every figure traces back to a real source.
Open and interoperable
Native BC3/FIEBDC-3 import and export, plus an MCP-ready API so other tools and AI agents can query the same cost data programmatically.
