Zinc Roof Intersection with Downspout and Register Box

Flat, non-ventilated, extensive garden roof, conventional type, Sedum Tapizante "ZINCO" system, with vertical downspout and register box, performing a rebate in the support around the downspout, where the waterproofing formed by: modified asphalt sheet reinforcement with SBS elastomer, LBM(SBS)-40-FP, with non-woven polyester felt armature of 160 g/m², non-protected surface, fully adhered to the support with a blowtorch, previous application of anionic asphalt emulsion with EB-type charges, and placement of EPDM rubber downspout, 80 mm in diameter, fully adhered to the previous reinforcement with a blowtorch and protected by a register box, model KS 10 "ZINCO", aluminum coated with plastic, dark gray, 300x300 mm and 100 mm high, with base for support with extended wings of 300x530 mm, steel galvanized and plastified lid, and slits in the sides for water passage from the roof supported on the drainage layer of the roof. Including rounded edges for filling the space above the wings of the register box.
