Energy rehabilitation of building by placing, in substitution of existing equipment, autonomous compact air-air reversible heat pump unit for roof-top, of 2400x1400x1497 mm, total nominal cooling power 21.9 kW (interior air dry bulb temperature 27°C, exterior air dry bulb temperature 35°C), nominal sensible cooling power 15.9 kW (interior air wet bulb temperature 19°C, exterior air dry bulb temperature 35°C), nominal heating power 22.3 kW (interior air dry bulb temperature 20°C, exterior air wet bulb temperature 6°C), EER 2.9, COP 3.5, sound power 75 dBA, mounting (outdoor air intake with non-motorized door), for R-410A gas, equipped with steel galvanized sheet body with 10 mm thick thermal insulation, outdoor circuit with 1 axial fan with stator class F and IP54 protection grade and copper tube battery and aluminum fins, indoor circuit with 1 centrifugal fan with 1 turbine with 0.75 kW electric motor, reusable air filters (prefilter G4), copper tube battery and aluminum fins, condensate collection tray and thermostatic expansion valves, refrigerant circuit with 1 hermetic scroll compressor, protections, electrical panel and electronic regulation with microprocessor. Totally mounted, connected and put into operation by the installing company for the verification of its correct functioning.
