Flat roof meeting, ventilated, with fixed sole, conventional type with vertical sump, making a rebate in the support around the sump, in which the waterproofing formed by: piece of reinforcement of SBS-modified asphalt sheet, LBM(SBS)-40-FP, with polyester non-woven fabric armature of 160 g/m², non-protected surface, fully adhered to the support with a blowtorch, previous application of anionic asphalt emulsion with EB-type charges, and placement of EPDM rubber sump, of vertical exit, of 80 mm diameter, with flat EPDM rubber grille, fully adhered to the previous reinforcement piece with a blowtorch.
