Flat roof meeting, ventilated, with fixed sole, conventional type with vertical cladding; by performing a peripheral setback of more than 5 cm with respect to the vertical cladding and more than 20 cm in height above the roof protection, filled with cement mortar, industrial, M-2.5, placed on the soldered waterproofing to the support and formed by: 50 cm wide reinforcement band, made from SBS-modified bitumen, LBM(SBS)-40-FP, with polyester non-woven fabric armature of 160 g/m², non-protected surface, fully adhered to the support with a blowtorch, previous impregnation with anionic asphalt emulsion with EB-type charges. Finish with a 50 cm wide termination band, made from SBS-modified bitumen, LBM(SBS)-40-FP, with polyester non-woven fabric armature of 160 g/m², non-protected surface, finished with a rustic ceramic tile floor, 7 cm, 3 €/m, placed with open joint (separation between 3 and 15 mm), in thin layer with cement-based adhesive, C1, without any additional characteristics, gray color and sealed with improved cement-based joint mortar, with reduced water absorption and high abrasion resistance, type CG 2 W A, white color, for joints of 2 to 15 mm, formation of peripheral ventilation of the chamber with hollow ceramic brick, and placement of 11x24 cm ceramic gutter, fixed to the cladding, as finish of the peripheral ventilation of the chamber.
